MTC shares industry and global delivery practice at SAP APAC partner events

SAP Partner Summit for APAC and SME Solution Day Connect took place in Bangkok from 7–10 April 2026. MTC participated and shared industry solution and cross-region delivery experience with the partner community.

Adapting an industry solution for overseas operations

MTC presented Easy Farm for livestock businesses. It connects farm operations, biological assets, planning and costing with SAP ERP so that industry systems can work with finance, procurement, inventory and group reporting.

An overseas rollout does not copy a single home-market process unchanged. The project retains the relevant industry model while redesigning legal entities, tax, master data, interfaces and approvals for Singapore or the target market.

ERP product selection follows operating requirements, not company size

SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Cloud ERP Private are distinct product paths. MTC assesses process scope, country count, industry depth, the current landscape and willingness to standardise rather than mapping each product to a company-size label.

A future move from Business One to S/4HANA is planned as a migration or new implementation after a fresh fit assessment. It is not an in-place product upgrade.

Singapore’s role in a regional programme

Singapore can serve as the operating entity, Asia-Pacific headquarters or first pilot for a group template. MTC coordinates blueprinting, regional differences, data, integration, testing and go-live support from Singapore, including links to overseas headquarters and regional teams.

The same model supports international groups operating across Asia-Pacific from Singapore: the group standards and local requirements are agreed first, followed by the implementation sequence and country configuration for each market.
