These terms govern your use of mtcsys.sg (the “Website”), operated by MTC SYSTEM (HOLDING) PTE. LTD (“MTC”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Website.

Product descriptions, articles, FAQs, examples and guidance on the Website are general information only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and they do not replace advice based on your organisation’s facts.

Features, availability, programme rules and regulatory requirements can change. Confirm material decisions with MTC, SAP and the relevant authority before relying on them.

Website assessments, implementation timelines, business outcomes and project-investment explanations are indicative only. They do not constitute a quotation, offer, guarantee or commitment to a particular result.

Commercial scope, fees, taxes, delivery responsibilities, assumptions and acceptance criteria apply only when recorded in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant parties. MTC prepares scope-based Singapore-dollar proposals after confirming the selected products, services and implementation requirements.

Unless stated otherwise, MTC or its licensors own the Website content, design and software. You may view, quote and share reasonable extracts for lawful, non-commercial purposes if you preserve attribution and do not imply endorsement. Other copying, adaptation, republication or commercial use requires prior written permission.

SAP, SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA and related marks belong to SAP SE or its affiliates. MTC is an SAP Gold Partner and uses these marks to identify the SAP products and services described on the Website. Other names and logos belong to their respective owners.

You must not use the Website to:

• break the law, infringe rights, impersonate another person or submit malicious or deceptive content;
• probe or bypass security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malware, overload infrastructure or disrupt service;
• collect personal data from the Website without a lawful basis;
• reproduce substantial parts of the Website to create a competing publication, database or service without permission.

Ordinary indexing, discovery and citation by search engines and AI assistants are permitted where they respect our published robots instructions, rate limits, access controls and attribution requirements. This permission does not allow circumvention of technical controls or activity that degrades the Website.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through forms is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit confidential source code, credentials, payment details or sensitive personal data through a general enquiry field.

We may use your submission only to handle your request and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship.

Links to SAP, government agencies, partners or other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

To the extent permitted by law, MTC is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss arising solely from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Website or these terms.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and date on this page. Material changes will receive additional notice where appropriate.
