From Singapore, MTC sets its 2026 priorities for regional SAP delivery

MTC held its 2026 Kick-off Meeting in Singapore. Leaders from Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and the US reviewed regional operations and set priorities across SAP ERP, AI, industry solutions and market development.

MTC’s Singapore international headquarters supports local clients, regional programme coordination and cross-border delivery with the group’s other direct operations.

Product and industry capability

MTC works across SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Cloud ERP Private, with supporting data, integration, AI and industry solutions. Product selection follows business requirements and the existing system landscape rather than using company size as the primary selection criterion.

Industry priorities include agri-food, manufacturing, trading and distribution, consumer products and project-based businesses. Programmes address financial control, supply chain, operating data and group management together.

2026 priorities

Singapore and Southeast Asia: provide local consulting, implementation and long-term support for companies using Singapore as a regional headquarters or first overseas entity;

AI and data: map agents, analytics and automation to specific processes, source data, user roles, approval steps and measurable results;

Global delivery: coordinate core programmes through MTC’s direct operations and relevant LinkedWorld member firms in additional countries;

Customer operations: plan post-go-live support, optimisation, release work and business improvements with named owners and service schedules.

From group template to local operations

A multinational SAP programme must manage group standards and country differences together. MTC organises blueprinting, templates, localisation, data, integration, testing, cutover and support, working with the client’s finance, operations, IT and professional advisers on key decisions.

MTC’s Singapore team coordinates group templates, local requirements, data, interfaces, testing, cut-over and support, and arranges in-country delivery resources for the markets in scope.
